About Myself
I have completed my Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from University of California, Riverside. I have been working in Computer Vision in the Video Computing Group with Dr. Amit K. Roy-Chowdhury and Dr. Jay A. Farrell. My specialization is in distributed estimation in sensor networks with particular focus on camera networks. I have worked extensively on the theory and practice of distributed multi-agent systems, with direct applications in video sensor networks. The projects I have worked on in my graduate years involve distributed tracking, distributed action recognition, face recognition, signal processing, machine learning etc.
Previously, I got my masters degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside (UCR) and my bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET).
I did research internship in summer 2011 at Kitware Inc., Clifton Park, New York. Previously, on 2007-2008, I worked as an Engineer at Grameenphone and Mango Teleservices Ltd.
Currently, I am working as a Computer Vision Research and Development Engineer at Aquifi Inc. at Palo Alto, CA.
